some messy sketches i did. inked and colored versions are in my gallery. i made prints of them, but the colors didn’t turn out quite right. once again affirming my need to paint with a brush and not a wacom. next week will be the week of paint.

top is a character sketch, i need to work this idea out a little more. and bottom is a sketch of a fox with animal spirits. it will have a colored version very soon!

if i didn’t love the project i was working on right now so much, i would complain about not having enough time to sketch. but i do, so i won’t. i did these a little time ago and will be developing these ideas further.

i finally got my site back up and running. (for those of you unawares, my site got hacked for the 3rd or 4th time – i lose count.) i still have some adding and finessing to do, but there’s no reason my blog can’t be active in the meantime. Will recently bought me some fancy mechanical pencil, and i can’t seem to put it down after i start sketching with it…
