Me and Bigby
i made a comic about me and Bigby and our relationship. if you’re thinking about getting a dog, know you will never have your own personal space again. luckily, mine is really cute and will get away with all forms of bothering me.

i’ve been working real hard to try out some new stuff to get nicer and fuller illustrations. here’s my first practice piece and it’s all digital too! click image for full view.
Below is my insane palette picking process. i wish i could explain it to you, but i just can’t. all i know is that the colors i initially start out with, are never the ones i really want! (i started with the top left then ended with the bottom right.)
and my final colors all flatted out below – SO much better than my first choice of colors. i like how it almost looks like a cel.
Jungle Rangers Game Package
i recieved my copy of the Jungle Rangers game package! for those of you who don’t remember, i worked as Art Director on this educational video game with Focus Education/iFocus for kids with ADD. after the game wrapped up, i had the privelage of creating a supplemental comic book to be included in the package as an extra fun bonus for the kids. enough talk, here are some photos!

i think everything turned out so great! this whole project has been a ton of fun and quite the learning process. it feels good to have my first colored comic printed out, and by someone else too! can’t wait for the next.
